Kim Munoz is the Rideshare Administrator at VIA Metro Transit, where she partners with local employers to implement employee commuter benefit programs that focus on enhancing employee well-being and promote sustainable transportation solutions.  Her role includes coordinating and participating in community events, Chamber meetings, and workforce councils in San Antonio and surrounding areas—extending up to 100 miles from San Antonio.

She brings experience in the manufacturing and special events industries. Kim has held several leadership roles, including General Manager and Human Resources Director. She serves on several boards and committees, including with the Airport Rotary, Prelude Prep School, and the San Antonio Veteran Agency Council.

As a dedicated member of SHRM San Antonio, she has served in various board roles. Kim Munoz holds a BBA and an MBA from the University of the Incarnate Word.
