If you cannot make the event, please let us know 72 hours beforehand by sending an email to support@shrmsa.org, so that we can cancel your registration. SHRM-SA will gladly issue a credit to your profile for future SHRM-SA event registration(s) or a SHRM-SA membership / renewal.
