Summary: In today’s rapidly shifting labor market, HR professionals face unprecedented challenges: a competitive job landscape, evolving expectations for strategic HR leadership, and the accelerating impact of AI on recruiting and talent management. This luncheon session brings together three industry leaders—a professional recruiter, a Chief People Officer (CPO), and a learning & development expert—to deliver a candid, practical conversation about how HR practitioners can successfully navigate their careers in 2026 and beyond.
