Jered is currently a Talent Acquisition Partner at the H. E. Butt Foundation, where he leads full-cycle recruitment efforts for a wide range of roles across the organization.

With over three years of experience in Human Resources—primarily focused on talent acquisition—Jered brings a strong background in recruiting strategy, networking, relationship-building, and leadership development. His approach combines diverse sourcing practices with a commitment to fostering partnerships and coaching professionals for growth.

A dedicated servant leader, Jered is passionate about community impact and creating meaningful connections that support both personal and organizational development.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is currently pursuing his SHRM-CP certification to further enhance his expertise in the field.
