Jennifer Reynosa is a strategic and results-driven HR leader committed to shaping workplace culture, driving organizational effectiveness, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance employee experience and business performance. With extensive experience across financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing, she has built a strong reputation for aligning HR strategies with corporate goals, fostering collaboration at all levels, and championing continuous improvement.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has led transformative HR initiatives, from workforce transitions and employee relations strategies to implementing advanced HRIS programs that ensure compliance and business continuity. Her expertise in performance management, succession planning, HR technology, and risk mitigation positions her as a trusted thought leader, influencing meaningful change across dynamic organizations.

Recognized for her ability to cultivate trust, lead with integrity, and navigate complex HR challenges with a people-first approach, Jennifer excels in building strong relationships that drive results. She is highly proficient in Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle, ADP, and Salesforce, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and support data-informed decision-making.

She earned her BBA in Human Resources from St. Mary’s University and later completed her Master of Business Administration. Jennifer holds both PHR and SHRM-CP credentials.

Originally from San Antonio, Jennifer spent eight years relocating across the country as a Military Spouse, supporting the United States Marine Corps mission.
